International Student Scholarship of Liaoning Government

奖学金申请条件
Eligibility:

1 拥有外国国籍的公民，身体健康；
1 Non-Chinese citizen. good physical condition
2 遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的规章制度；
2 Abide by the law of Chinese government and the University.
3 具有中国教育部认可的硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁；
3 Master degree approved by the Ministry of Education, under 40 years old.
4 学习成绩优秀，需要有两名教授的推荐；
4 Excellent grade. Two professors' recommendation needed.
5 未同时获得中国政府其他各类奖学金。
5 No other simultaneous Scholarship win from Chinese government

申请材料（所有材料请用中文或英文提供）
Application document(all documents need to be done by Chinese or English)

申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料：
All the information and materials given are ture.
1 《辽宁省政府外国留学生奖学金申请表》（由省教育厅统一印制）原件及复印件各一份；
1 Application form for Liaoning government international student Scholarship(original and photocopy each).
2 经过公证的最高学历证明和学习成绩单；如申请人为在校学生或已就业，须另外提交本人就读学 校出具的在校证明或就业单位出具的在职证明；非中、英文本需附上经公证的相应的中文或英文的译文；
2 Notarized Degree,Score Sheet needed. If the applicant is a student or an employee, the certificate from school or company needed. The Notarized Chinese or English version needed from Non-Chinese or English document.
3 HSK的成绩单（根据录取高校的要求提供）；
3 Score Sheet of HSK.
4 《外国人体格体检记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制）原件及复印件；
4 Physical Examination Record for Foreigner(original and photocopy each).
5 来华学习和研究计划（不少于1000字）；
5 Project of research and study in China.
6 须提交毕业院校两名教授或副教授的推荐信；
6 Recommendation from two professors or associate professors of graduate school needed.

上述申请材料请于6月10日前上报到学校，再由学校上报送达省教育厅审批
